iNdlovu Car Rental and Safari operates a self‑owned fleet of vehicles and delivers directly to customers anywhere in Zimbabwe. The following services are included in the daily rental rate or available upon request.
Free Delivery Anywhere in Zimbabwe
We deliver your rental vehicle to any address in Zimbabwe with no extra charge. Whether you are arriving at Victoria Falls Airport, Harare’s Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport, or Bulawayo’s Joshua Mqabuko Nkomo International Airport, staying at a hotel in Harare or Bulawayo, or visiting a lodge inside Hwange National Park, Matobo National Park, or Great Zimbabwe, we bring the car to you. For customers already in the country, we deliver to private homes, offices, or any other location within Zimbabwe.
Free Airport Pickup
When you fly into Zimbabwe, we meet you at the arrivals hall of your arrival airport with a sign displaying your name. We help you with your luggage and walk you to your vehicle, which is parked nearby and ready to drive. This service is available at Victoria Falls Airport, Harare’s Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport, and Bulawayo’s Joshua Mqabuko Nkomo International Airport. We require flight details at least 24 hours in advance. After‑hour arrivals can be accommodated with prior arrangement.
Same‑Day Rental
If you need a vehicle on the same day, call us in the morning. If our fleet permits, we arrange a same‑day rental and deliver the car to your location in Bulawayo, Harare, Victoria Falls, or anywhere else in Zimbabwe. This service is subject to vehicle availability.
24‑Hour Roadside Assistance
All rentals include nationwide 24‑hour roadside assistance. If you experience a mechanical issue, a flat tyre, or any other problem while driving anywhere in Zimbabwe, we dispatch a mechanic or arrange a replacement vehicle. The service is included in your daily rate; only costs arising from driver error, such as damage from an accident, are handled separately.
Driver‑Guided Tour Service
If you prefer not to drive yourself, we provide a driver who handles navigation, language, and local knowledge. The driver is familiar with Zimbabwe’s roads, including the gravel tracks inside Hwange National Park, the approaches to Matobo National Park, and the routes to Victoria Falls, Great Zimbabwe, and the Eastern Highlands. This service is available at an extra cost. The driver can also serve as a local guide, explaining the history and wildlife of the areas you visit.
Multilingual Support
Our staff speak six languages: English, French, Ndebele, Zulu, Xhosa, and Shona. International tourists from the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, and elsewhere can communicate easily with us. Domestic and diaspora customers who speak Ndebele, Shona, or other local languages are also accommodated.
Our Fleet
We maintain a self‑owned fleet of SUVs, double cabs, sedans, and hatchbacks. Examples of our vehicles include the Toyota Fortuner SUV, which offers high ground clearance, seating for five to seven people, a boot that holds four large suitcases, and is mostly automatic. The Toyota Hilux double cab seats up to five people and has a covered load area for luggage, camping gear, or supplies; most are automatic. The Toyota Corolla sedan is fuel‑efficient, smooth on highways, seats five, and holds three suitcases in the boot; most are automatic. The Toyota Auris hatchback is compact, easy to park, seats five, and has a smaller boot; most are automatic.
Operating Hours
Our office in Bulawayo is open weekdays from 8:00 to 17:00 and Saturdays from 9:00 to 13:00. We coordinate deliveries and airport pickups seven days a week, including after‑hours with prior arrangement.
