We have the following vehicles available:

1) SUVs

Our SUVs are spacious, high‑clearance vehicles such as Toyota Fortuner. They have the advantage of high ground clearance which makes them travel through Zimbabwean roads easily, and they are best for activities like visiting Hwange National Park or intercity travel. They seat five to seven people depending on the model, and the boot holds four large suitcases. Most are automatic; a few are manual.

2) Double cabs

Our double cabs are versatile pick‑ups with a full back seat such as Toyota Hilux. They have the advantage of a covered load area at the back so you can carry luggage, camping gear, or bulky items separately from the cabin, and they handle gravel roads as easily as SUVs. They seat up to five people, and the load area is covered. Most are automatic; a few are manual.

3) Sedans
Our sedans are comfortable, fuel‑efficient cars such as Toyota Corolla. They have the advantage of smooth suspension and good fuel economy which makes them ideal for long distances on sealed highways, and they are best for business travel or personal trips between cities. They seat up to five people, and the boot holds three suitcases. Most are automatic; a few are manual.

4) Hatchbacks 
Our hatchbacks are compact, easy‑to‑park cars such as Toyota Auris. They have the advantage of being nimble and fuel‑efficient which makes them perfect for driving inside Bulawayo or short trips, and they are best for city errands or as a second car. They seat up to five people, and the boot is smaller than a sedan. Most are automatic; a few are manual.

Who we serve

1) Local, domestic, regional, and international tourists exploring Zimbabwe
You are a visitor—maybe from Bulawayo itself, from Harare, from South Africa, or from overseas—coming to see Victoria Falls (440 kilometres from Bulawayo, five to six hours on sealed road), Matobo National Park (35 kilometres from Bulawayo), Hwange National Park (four hours from Bulawayo, mostly sealed with a short gravel section), Great Zimbabwe (three and a half hours from Bulawayo, sealed), or the Eastern Highlands (longer drive from Bulawayo to the mountains near Mutare). You have the advantage of an SUV or double cab which handles the occasional gravel sections and gives you space for luggage, and you will likely rent for three to seven days. We offer free airport pickup so you can start driving immediately.

2) Business traveller

You are moving between Bulawayo, Harare, Gweru, or Masvingo for ZITF, a conference, or business meetings, and you need a car for one to three days. You have the advantage of a sedan which is fuel‑efficient, comfortable on highways, and easy to park at city hotels. We offer same‑day availability so if a meeting comes up suddenly, you can call in the morning and have a car by midday.

3) Family visit

You are a Bulawayo local living elsewhere, or a relative coming to visit family in Bulawayo. You have the advantage of a larger vehicle—an SUV or double cab—which carries multiple relatives, shopping, or luggage comfortably. You may rent for a weekend or a week during holidays. We deliver the car to the airport if you are flying in, or you can pick it up at our office.

4) Domestic intercity traveller
You are moving between Harare, Mutare, Masvingo, Gweru, or Victoria Falls on your own schedule rather than using buses. You have the advantage of a sedan which is the most economical choice for these long highway trips. You can keep the car for one way or a round trip, and we can arrange to collect it from your final destination if you tell us in advance.

5) Zimbabwean returning from the diaspora 
You are coming home from South Africa, Botswana, the UK, the USA, or elsewhere. You have the advantage of an SUV or double cab which gives you flexibility for different roads, and you likely need a vehicle immediately upon arrival for a week or longer to visit family across the country. We meet you at the airport with the car ready and help you get your Temporary Driver’s Permit if needed.

6) International tourist from abroad

You are arriving from South Africa, Europe, North America, or another region with a multi‑week itinerary covering Victoria Falls, Hwange, Great Zimbabwe, and other sites. You have the advantage of an SUV or double cab which handles a mix of sealed highways and gravel roads, and you can rely on our multilingual staff (English, French, Ndebele, Zulu, Xhosa, Shona) and 24‑hour roadside assistance. We give you detailed road advice so you can travel with confidence.

Our services

Free airport pickup and delivery 
We meet you at Joshua Mqabuko Nkomo International Airport with the rental car. You sign the paperwork at the airport and drive away. When you return, we collect the car from the airport or your hotel at no extra charge. This saves you the cost of a taxi to our office. We need your flight details at least 24 hours in advance to arrange the meeting.

Same‑day rental
If you need a car on the same day you contact us, call in the morning and we will tell you what vehicles are available. If a car is free, you can pick it up from our office within hours, or we can deliver it to you if time allows. Same‑day rentals are subject to availability; we cannot guarantee a specific vehicle type if you book last‑minute.

24‑hour roadside assistance
We provide roadside assistance anywhere in Zimbabwe, 24 hours a day. If you have a breakdown, a flat tyre, or any problem with the car, you call the number we give you. We dispatch a mechanic or arrange a replacement vehicle. The service is included in your daily rate; you do not pay extra for the call‑out. If the issue is due to driver error (like putting the wrong fuel), you may be responsible for the cost of repairs, but we still coordinate the assistance.

Multilingual support 
Our staff speak English, French, Ndebele, Zulu, Xhosa, and Shona. If you speak one of these languages, we can communicate directly. For other languages, we do our best to use translation tools or find a speaker.

Driver‑guided tour service
If you prefer not to drive yourself, we can provide a driver‑guided tour. This is an extra cost; we give you the price when you ask. The driver knows the routes, speaks your language, and can help with translation and local knowledge. You still rent the car, but the driver handles the driving.

Instant booking confirmation
When you contact us with your dates and vehicle preference, we check availability immediately and send you a confirmation message with all the details: the vehicle type, total cost, deposit amount, pickup location, and our contact number. You do not wait for a separate confirmation.

Flexible cancellation
If you cancel more than 48 hours before your pickup time, we refund everything you have paid. If you cancel within 48 hours, we keep 20% of the total to cover the reservation. We confirm the exact terms when you book.
