1. What details do you need from me to hire a vehicle?

We only require a few simple documents to process your booking smoothly:
• Travel plan
• National ID & Driver’s license
• Proof of residence & Next of kin details

2. What happens if I need a driver?

We can provide a professional driver for your trip.

You just have to pay:

  • Driver fee
  • Driver accommodation

3. Who pays for fuel and toll gates?

Fuel and all toll gate fees are covered by you. This gives you full flexibility over your travel route and usage.

4. Is there excess mileage?

Yes. Each vehicle comes with a daily free mileage allowance. Anything above that is charged.

5. What are the daily free mileage limits?

  • Sedans & hatchbacks: 200 km per day
  • SUVs & double cabs: 250 km per day

6. What is the security deposit?

A refundable security deposit is required at the start of your hire.

7. Where do I pick up the vehicle?

You may collect the vehicle from our office or arrange for airport pick-up or drop-off. Both options are available.

8. May I check the vehicle before hiring it?

Absolutely. You’re welcome to inspect the vehicle before confirming your booking.

9. Do you allow off-road or gravel road driving?

Our hatchbacks and sedans are for on-road use only. Whereas, our Double Cabs & SUVs can be used for offroads.

10. How do I make payment?

You may secure your booking with a deposit or part-payment. Once received, we immediately issue and email your receipt.
We accept: Mukuru, WorldRemit, Remitly, Other international remittance platforms and Cash at the office.

11. Do you offer airport pick-up and drop-off?

Yes. Airport transfers are available. Just share your arrival or departure times.
For local chauffeuring, standard daily rates apply.

12. How much notice should I give when booking?

Book as early as possible to secure the vehicle you want. Advance notice helps us reserve the car for your dates without complications.
